I want to thank the staff of Cypress Wood Maryland and Allison among other staff members whose names I cannot remember for making today a memorable visit with my friend. An activity with a theme of Hawaiian luau which consisted of live music and fruit with tropical juice drink. They were so sweet and kind to all the residents. Some of the staff members danced with them and it didn’t matter if they were in a wheelchair, Walker, and we were sitting down they took it upon themselves to dance with them! They went out of their way to make sure they enjoyed themselves it was refreshing to see this gesture! Thank you so much!

Once again we have been very impressed with Cypress Woods Care Center where my 93 year old daddy is living. They have recently updated the facility with fresh paint, nice bright lighting and even a tv in the common room. Every visit we encounter several workers who are always smiling and friendly, and always address my daddy by name. Since I live out of state it’s very comforting to see these interactions with him and to see the facility always very clean and nice.

Great Service and Friendly Staff I’m always greeted and all concerns or questions are immediately answered. Professional and Efficient and they’re always pleasant. It’s clean and the environment is good.
